We are a team of former corporate executive assistants who bring together a wealth of experience from global enterprises, such as A. P. Moller Maersk, Microsoft and Boston Consulting Group. Our story began with our founder quitting an EA job with Maersk in 2018 to pursue an entrepreneurial idea of starting a niche recruitment agency focusing solely on two executive support roles: the operational executive assistant and the strategic executive advisor.

Fast forward to today, where we have grown to become an expert team in the ecosystem of executive support. We offer recruitment services and coaching for executive support roles. Our mission is to inspire and promote personal growth for all Executive Assistants.
